Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us.
Who we are
This website is run by Bespoke Stonework. Contact us about your data at info@bespokestonework.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your postcode, and the details of the stone you want, including any files you send.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your quote request, prepare a quote and, if you order, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, email us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your details or use them for marketing. Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies or use analytics. Your cutting list is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost between pages, and is never sent anywhere until you send it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
